We are going to be expanding our breakfast menu over the next couple of months, to include some great breakfast choices that meet the same high standards that we have set for our sandwiches.  We are offering our first addition to the menu as special this week to kick it off!

Our Spinach & Mushroom omelet is deliciousness wrapped in, well, an omelet.  We start with baby spinach and sliced mushrooms which we sauté until they are tender. Then we add three slices of buttery Muenster cheese to that and let it melt into all of the crevices around the omelet filling. finally we wrap it up in three eggs which are seasoned to perfection. Every bite is delicious. We serve it with a slice of grilled rye bread as well, because what is breakfast without toast? This is a great, filling item that could be enjoyed for either breakfast or lunch.  Really want to put a DNYD spin on it?  Add a small ladle of the chowder over the top of your omelet!  It adds even more creaminess, plus potatoes & sausage to completely add another dimension!
